A team that understands both strategy and the server room

We tell you what we won’t do

If a project makes no business sense, or we don’t have the skills for it, we say so in the first conversation — not in the third month.

One project owner

We don’t pass you between departments. One person owns the project from analysis to sign-off.

Acceptance criteria in writing

Before we start, we write down how we will all know the project is finished.
